Since we deal exclusively in digital products, returns are not possible — but we do handle refund requests under the conditions below.

We offer refunds in the following cases:

- Activation Failure: If your license key does not work and our support team confirms the issue after troubleshooting.
- License Already Used: If the key was previously activated and verified by our team as faulty.
- Non-Delivery: If you have not received the license within the delivery timeframe and we’re unable to resolve it.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Changed Mind: You changed your mind after purchase.
- Wrong Version Selected: You selected the wrong version (e.g., Windows instead of Mac).
- System Incompatibility: The software is incompatible with your system or hardware.
- Overlooked Requirements: You didn’t read the product description or system requirements.
- Post-Activation Issues: Issues occurred after activation due to external software conflicts or OS errors.

All eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
